estateselevated.com collects nothing about you unless you choose to send it. You can read every page, and work all the way through the Move-Up Read, without giving a name or a number. The See My Homes tool sends your answers, without your name, to work out your numbers, as described below. Contact details are asked for only on the screens that say so, and they leave your browser only when you press the button.

What we collect through this website

The answers you pick in the Move-Up Read — a value range, a mortgage balance range, a target price range — stay in your browser while you work. They are held for the length of the visit only, and they are never put in the web address.

If you ask to see the full read, you are asked for a name and a mobile number. Pressing that button sends those, together with the result the page worked out for you, to Angelica so she can call you about it. That only happens when you press it.

The Move-Up Read runs in your browser, with no server or database of its own. What you send is delivered by an outside automation service and arrives in Angelica’s email. It is not sold, and it is not passed to anyone outside the people named below.

You can also reach Angelica without sending anything at all, by calling the number published on this site.

The See My Homes tool

See My Homes asks for the monthly payment you’re comfortable with, the areas and minimum bedrooms you want, and ranges for your cash, income, monthly debts and credit, plus whether military service applies for a VA loan. It never asks for a Social Security number, a date of birth or account numbers.

To work out your numbers, those answers are sent, without your name, to the service that runs the tool, which keeps your plan under a random identifier. A copy of your answers, your plan and that identifier is kept in your browser’s storage so you can come back to it. The tool also records anonymous usage events, such as which step was reached, without any name or contact details.

If you choose to save your plan, get new homes that fit, ask Angelica to check a home or request a tour, you give an email address or a mobile number, and a first name where the screen asks for one. That request, with your answers and your plan, is sent to Angelica by text message so she can follow up, and she emails you your plan link herself. If you tick a box agreeing to texts, she may text you about your request; reply STOP to end them.

While listings are not connected inside the tool, the “See my homes” button on the results screen opens Angelica’s home search on her Keller Williams agent website (angelica26.kw.com), with your chosen areas, minimum bedrooms and a price range in the web address. That site is run by Keller Williams under its own privacy policy.

What you send through the tool is not sold, and it is not passed to anyone outside the people named below and the services that run the tool and deliver its text messages.

What happens if you call

If you call and ask for the analysis, Angelica will take notes: what you own, roughly what you owe on it, and what you are trying to do. Those notes exist to prepare your figures and to satisfy the recordkeeping obligations that apply to a licensed salesperson. They are not created by this website and they are not stored on it.

You are never asked for a Social Security number, a date of birth, financial account numbers, or income documentation in order to get the analysis. If you later become a client, information of that kind is collected separately, in the transaction paperwork, and handled through the brokerage.

Who else would see it

• —Keller Williams Realty Antelope Valley, the responsible broker, as required for supervision and recordkeeping.
• —The services that host this website and run the See My Homes tool and its text messages, only to deliver what you asked for.
• —Professionals you ask us to coordinate with — your lender, escrow, title, or CPA — and only with your direction.
• —Law enforcement or regulators where we are legally required to disclose.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies, tracking and analytics

This site sets no cookies. It runs no advertising pixels and no cross-site trackers, and it does not permit third parties to build a profile of your activity across other websites.

One preference is stored in your own browser’s local storage: if you turn motion down using the control in the footer, that choice is remembered on your device so the site can respect it next time. It never leaves your device and it is not an identifier. The See My Homes tool also keeps your answers, your plan and its random identifier in your browser’s storage, as described above.

Because nothing here follows you between sites, there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off.

Reviewing or changing your information

If you sent your read, that is what exists: the name and number you typed and the result the page worked out. If you used See My Homes, your answers and plan exist on its service under a random identifier, with any contact details you chose to send. If you have spoken to Angelica and want to know what notes exist, or want them corrected or deleted, call (323) 333-0425 and say so, or write to the brokerage address below. There is no charge and you will get an answer within a reasonable period.

To stop receiving calls, say so on a call or in writing. You do not have to use any particular word or channel, and the request is honored from that point on. If you gave a mobile number and agreed to be texted, you can also reply STOP to any text to end them, or HELP for help. Consent is never a condition of anything, and withdrawing it does not change what Angelica will do for you.

Your California privacy rights

Norma Angelica Bermudez is a sole practitioner and does not meet the revenue or volume thresholds that define a “business” under the California Consumer Privacy Act. The substance of those rights — access, correction, deletion, and the right not to be treated differently for asking — is extended to anyone who asks anyway.

Security and retention

This site is served over HTTPS. Notes from conversations are kept only as long as needed to answer your question and to satisfy real estate recordkeeping obligations. No method of storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Nothing here is aimed at them, and we do not knowingly accept a name or number from a child. If you believe a child sent one, call and it will be deleted.

Changes to this policy

What this page says about the Move-Up Read is driven by the same build flag that turns its form on, so the two cannot drift apart. If anything else changes, this page is updated before that change goes live and the “last updated” date at the top changes with it. Material changes are described plainly rather than buried.
