Terms of Use

By using estateselevated.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

This is the marketing website of Norma Angelica Bermudez, a licensed California real estate salesperson (DRE #02447380) working under Keller Williams Realty Antelope Valley (DRE #01378477). It exists to explain the services offered and to let you start a conversation.

No professional advice

Content on this site is general information, not advice about your situation. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or lending advice, and reading it does not create a client relationship, an agency relationship, or a fiduciary duty.

An agency relationship is created only by a signed written agreement. Calling, asking questions, and receiving the written analysis do not create one, and neither does a conversation.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site accurate and current, but information about properties, market conditions, financing, and tax rules changes, and some of it comes from third parties. All of it is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and should be independently verified. Any scenario or figure shown is illustrative and modelled — it is not a past result, a quote, an appraisal, or a prediction.

Using the site

• —Do not scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content or contact information from this site.
• —Do not attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security.
• —Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by California law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including any duty owed to you under a signed agency agreement or under California real estate law.
